Michele grew up in Cooperstown, New York, where summers spent working at the Baseball Hall of Fame sparked a lifelong love of baseball—especially for her favorite team, the Boston Red Sox. She later graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business Management and Finance and has built a life rich with experience, from working in mortgage banking to owning her own business and raising four children.
Michele loves being on the move, whether she’s hiking, traveling, or visiting family and friends who are spread all across the country—from Florida to South Carolina to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She’s also a devoted dog lover. After six months without a furry companion, one look at a litter of puppies convinced her that Maisie was meant to be part of her family. One of her greatest joys today is being “Mimi” to her grandson, Jude.
Michele has a big heart for serving others and giving back to her community. She has volunteered with both Girl Scouts and the Boy Scouts of America and is deeply involved at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where she serves with the women’s council, OCIA, and the education committee for the pastoral council.
Michele joined Ellis & Company in 2017 after spending five years with Merrill Lynch as a registered client associate. She truly enjoys getting to know clients and using her experience to help them plan for their financial future. A lifelong learner, Michele holds the Financial Services Certified Professional® (FSCP®) designation, which focuses on retirement, estate, and tax planning. She puts this knowledge to work by helping prepare for client meetings and carrying out the strategies developed by the investment team.
Michele holds Series 65 license and Financial Services Certified Professional®.
